Cooking (Indian & Continental)

This is a specially designed four day express course to meet your fast lifestyle. It is a great class for those of you interested in learning to apply the principles of cooking to optimize your physical, mental and spiritual well being.

This course teaches you the basics of Cooking and how to apply them to cooking. Learn to create balanced meals for your individual needs. Learn to use spices and herbs for healthy digestion and elimination of toxins. This course will help you see the relationship between the foods we eat and the state of our mind and much more!

The course will be held over four sessions. Attendance to all four sessions is compulsory. Each session will contain theory, cooking demonstrations, followed by questions and answers. The cooking demonstrations covered in four sessions will be on: Breakfasts, Soups, Vegetables, Salads, Proteins and Sweets and Puddings.
